Campus of Open Learning – COL GRAM (Grievance Redressal & Management)
The COL GRAM system has been developed by the Academic Coordinator, OLDC, as a centralized support platform for students of the Campus of Open Learning and the School of Open Learning. It serves as a single window where learners can submit any academic or administrative queries and receive timely assistance.
This platform ensures that students are able to register their issues and get quick, structured, and time-bound resolutions to their concerns.

Learners may submit queries related to PCP classes, academic support, administrative processes, and any other concern connected to their course or student services.
When a query is submitted, the student will receive a unique tracking ID, which can be used to monitor the progress and status of their request or complaint.
The response and resolution time for queries is generally 24 to 48 working hours (weekdays only).
Note: Make sure to enter a valid mobile number and email ID while submitting your grievance, so you can receive updates and responses without delay.
